Kyocera SLD Laser, Inc. (“KSLD”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your desire for privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you, whether on our website, application, or elsewhere (collectively, the “Site”). It also explains why we collect the information, as well as how we collect and use the information.

Personal Information we collect

“Personal Information” generally means any information that identifies you as an individual, and any other information we associate with it. We collect several categories of information, from a few different sources:

  • contact information when you register a product or submit an inquiry, such as your name, street address, date of birth, phone number, and/or email address. You may also provide us with information about other people, such as when you provide employment references or employment services;

We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources:

Indirectly when we receive the payment method associated with a customer’s purchase of one of our products.

Usage Information We passively collect information when you use the Site, through our web servers and third-party analytics tools. For instance, our system logs may record certain information about visitors to the Site, including the web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device and mobile ad identifiers, browser information, interaction with the Site, pages viewed, app usage, and other such information. Emails and Texts. You can unsubscribe from marketing-related emails by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of any message. KSLD may still send you transactional and administrative emails about the Site, important product information such as recall notices or related to your warranty. To stop receiving text/SMS messages from us, reply “STOP” to any text message.

Cookies. Most browser settings allow you to delete cookies, or reject all or some cookies. If you
delete or choose not to accept our cookies, however, you may miss out on certain features of the Site.

“Do Not Track” Settings. Your browser may contain tools to request that websites not track your online activities. Industry standards for this technology are evolving and we currently do not respond
to or take any action with respect to the “do not track” settings in your Internet browser. California Privacy Rights. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer

Right to Delete. 
California residents may request that we delete your Personal Information. Note that deletion requests are subject to certain limitations, for example, we may keep Personal Information as required or permitted by law, or to process transactions and facilitate customer and service requests.

Social Media Features and Widgets. The Site includes social media features, such as the Facebook “Like” button, and widgets such as a “share this” button. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on the Site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our online Services. Your interactions with these features and widgets are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.

Minors. The Site is not directed toward minors under age 16.
